Customer Code of Conduct
Palmdale Amphitheater attendees are responsible for their own conduct as well as the conduct of persons using their tickets. Venue staff strive to maintain an atmosphere where all can enjoy the event. Attendees not participating in event activities may be asked to leave. Guests in violation of the Customer Code of Conduct may be subject to ejection without refund.
- Be respectful of guests and staff at all times.
- Refrain from using foul or offensive language, fighting, obscene gestures, throwing objects or any behavior that negatively impacts the experience of others.
- Do not interfere with the event or performers in any way.
- Avoid blocking the view of others or standing in the aisles.
- Do not occupy a seat or area for which you do not possess a valid ticket. Staff may request to see your ticket at any time during the event.
- Consume alcoholic beverages responsibly.
- Comply with all staff requests regarding venue operations and emergency procedures.
Event Regulations
- All guests are subject to metal detection screening as a condition of entry.
- All bags brought into the Palmdale Amphitheater are subject to visual inspection.
- Smoke in designated areas only.
- Guests not following property rules may be asked to leave without a refund.

- Service animal
- One factory-sealed bottle of water per person
- Small or medium sized bag
- Low-back folding chair
- Picnic blanket
- Small wagon
- Small personal umbrella — must be closed during the performance and during high winds
Prohibited Items
- Firearms/Weapons
- Illegal drugs
- Intoxication
- Throwing objects
- Destruction of property
- Disturbances
- Trespassing
- Overnight camping
- Solicitation
- Smoking/Vaping outside designated areas
- Pets except service animals
- Littering
- Skateboarding
- Bicycles/Scooters
- Roller skates
- Safety hazards: weapons of any kind, illegal drugs, alcohol, glass, fireworks
- Electronics: laser pointers, recording devices, professional cameras, drones
- Items that impede viewing and take up seating space: shade canopy, large umbrellas, high-back chairs, tables
- Coolers, picnic baskets and outside food and beverages unless expressly permitted
